You are probably wondering what Stråla is, aren't you? Stråla is a way of being, moving and healing, that helps you connect with how you feel, move how it feels good, and handle challenges with ease. Founded by Tara Stiles in 2008, this dogma-free yoga practice, blends the principles of yoga and tai chai to activate your body’s Relaxation Response by moving gently and exploring where you are, rather than forcing to be somewhere else. Movement begins with your breath. Every inhale opens and creates space, every exhale relaxes and lets you move easily into the space you create. All Stråla classes move slowly and continuously, guided with deep breath and easygoing movement from your middle, without endpoints. This is yoga that moves far beyond poses, helping you blow past your goals and expands your limits; cracking you wide open. You'll get strong, let stress go, get healthy and happy from the inside out!

During our coaching sessions, we will discuss how you can create healthy eating habits that will support your preferences, goals, and desired lifestyle, while also being sustainable long-term. This isn't about imposing a doctrine upon you; this is us, working together to nourish you within the life you lead, rather than removing you from it. I believe food should be enjoyed and experienced without guilt. I'll guide you on how to create a positive relationship with food and fitness. Everyone is different and together we will find the best methods that will give you the energy you need to live well!
