Yoga: Runner Rx - hips, hamstrings, glutes
Yoga is the perfect recovery activity for runners. Want to improve range of motion in the hips; loosens tight glutes and hamstrings? Give Reclining Cow Face a try. Simply lie on your back and cross your knees, hug your knees into your chest or maybe you hold your shins, ankles or heels. Enjoy some deep breaths here then reverse leg position and repeat.
